台北小提燈 幸福GOGO放大版亮相
【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】號稱最卡哇伊的台北燈節小提燈「幸福GOGO」放大了！台北市觀傳局22日邀請知名插畫家，分別為大型花燈塗上代表「金、木、水、火、土」五行的「黑、綠、藍、紅、黃」色彩，各自象徵台北人的無限可能、強韌、圓滿、熱情，以及對流浪貓狗的關懷，觀傳局表示，大型花燈將在24日至3月4日的台北燈節展出。
2018年台北燈節小提燈「幸福GOGO」月初亮相後，可愛模樣擄獲大、小朋友的心，搶在小提燈將在24、25日公開發送前，包括鄭斐齡、楊阿步、Mr.畫惹畫、張嘉路和林家維5位知名插畫家先來參一咖，把「幸福GOGO」的概念繪製在小提燈放大版的花燈上，座落在中華路一段人行道上與北門相呼應。
在插畫家的彩筆下，5隻放大版花燈分別被著上代表「金、木、水、火、土」五行的「黑、綠、藍、紅、黃」色彩，各自展現不同的台北生活及能量。擔任總召的張嘉路說明，「金」的代表色是黑色，也是最寧靜的顏色，也因黑色涵蓋所有顏色的特質，有著無限可能，「就像台北對許多人來說，是一座充滿無限可能的城市，人們懷抱夢想來到這裡，就像是在黑夜中的熠熠閃耀的星辰，充滿希望，讓城市生生不息。」
張嘉路說，「木」是以理想生活為出發點，讓台北被「綠意」包圍，不僅帶來新鮮的空氣，也讓人的心如同植物般強韌生長；「水」則是以藍色為主色調，並在花燈上繪製出一圈圈的圓形水滴，傳達水經由匯集後，以大海為依歸，也象徵台北如同人之水流的匯聚，人與人之間如同水滴般「圓滿」；紅色的「火」花燈除了代表熱情烈火，也是安撫人心的溫暖文火，以及台北市富含火山地形所給予的地熱資源。
特別的是，花燈除了傳達台北人的生活與熱情外，也不忘關懷今年的主角「狗」。張嘉路說，最後一隻是黃色的「土」，象徵台北市能容納不同的生物物種，「人類也像是流浪動物，從別的城市來到台北打拚，為了生活與夢想，居無定所的漂泊擺盪，而流浪貓狗也是城市的『居民』，希望動物們不再流浪，讓台北成為他們真正的歸屬。」
