台灣除了馬路上的三寶，還有停車三寶，不是太靠右邊，就是左邊，造成其他車輛車主無法順利開啟門，讓人惱怒。記者尤聰光／攝影 分享 facebook 交通違規車輛違停是檢舉最多的案件，其中，又以人行道停放車輛是最常見的違規項目之一。記者尤聰光／攝影 分享 facebook 台灣馬路上常見三寶駕駛，不僅造成他人行車不便，其實還有停車三寶讓人惱怒；常見有人對車位拿捏不準，不是太靠右邊，就是太左邊，甚至一車佔兩車位，造成其他車主無法順利停車或開啟車門，有人一等就是超過30分鐘，甚至超過1個2018流行產品小時，直呼是「停車霸凌」。台東市陳姓駕駛說，鄰車停太靠近，真的很討厭，有人就是哪裡便宜購物停不好，尤其鄰車太靠停車格邊線，讓人連開車門都困難，「等不到車主，只好自己設法爬進駕駛座啟動車子。」身材瘦小的還好，體型壯碩的只能從副駕駛座或後車門進入，爬進駕駛座發動開車。. } }); } 除車位對不準，造成他人困擾，台東縣交通隊表示，還有其他違規停車行為引人詬病，常見網友一致推薦CP值爆表有機車在人行步道違停、汽車停機車位，機車佔用汽車位等，其中以機車停放人行步道最多，去年檢舉數為322件。縣交通隊指出，不少用路人大都是便宜行事的心態，隨意停車，不管會不會流行優惠網站影響他人；路邊違停都會依法開罰，但公有停車場及私有車場停車不正等問題，只能靠車主多替他人設想。不過，也有車主表示，現有停車位的尺寸，對於大型房車如SUV、皮貨卡等車型不友善，因車身過大只要停到車位裡，就會佔滿空間，導致貼近他車，就易衍生問題，或許相關單位可以針對大型房車日益普遍的情況，重新調整停車格大小。台東縣政府建設處表示，現有停車位規格是依據道路交通標誌標線號誌設置規則劃設，這是全國統一，現階段不會有所變更，除非中央重新修法。
「跌倒骨折」老人隱形殺手 整合照護成效佳
衛福部統計，65歲以上老人傷害致死原因，除交通事故外，第二大原因便是跌倒骨折致生理機能急速下降，嚴重威脅到生命，高雄榮總台南分院骨科陳建宏醫師表示，65歲以上長者，過去一年就診原因，係跌倒骨折的比率高達六分之一，足見跌倒骨折是長者的致命傷。
陳建宏醫師指出，門診65歲以上長者，過去一年就醫原因有高達六分之一的比例為跌倒就診，他說，臨床上因跌倒導致髖部骨折的高齡患者層出不窮，伴隨著患者多重共病的狀況，讓家屬不敢接受開刀治療，成為臥床老人，而產生許多併發症，是高齡長者骨折後死亡率居高不下的原因。
衛福部去年7月將老人脆弱性骨折，納入急性後期整合照護方案計畫(PAC)中，該院已收治超過50位脆弱性骨折之長者，係居南區之冠。渠等於術後接受急性後期整合照護住院模式，院方提供患者急性傷口疼痛、積極且持續的復健，以及跨專業團隊整合照護等。
陳醫師臨床追蹤，發現50位接受急性後期照護的患者，在後續的行走、肌力等生活整體功能改善與恢復，遠比那些沒有接受急性後期照護而出院的患者，有顯著的改善。
高齡醫學科醫師陳宣恩也說，老人骨折若能把握在黃金期內，立即給予積極性的整合性照護，可延緩病人失能，並強化急性醫療資源配置效率，與長期照護服務無縫接軌，達到多贏的目標。
王志龍院長強調，過去高齡長輩之病患在急性醫療後，普遍出現失能情形，造成對醫療體系、家庭及社會照顧之負擔，配合衛福部政策，組成跨專業團隊，提供醫療、護理、復健治療、吞嚥治療、心理治療，另外也有社工師、營養師等專業評估與諮詢服務，有效提升高齡者生活功能，高齡患者接受整合性照護出院後，也要定期回醫院門診追蹤，接受進一步周全性老年評估，以積極預防及治療骨質疏鬆症及衰弱症，減少不必要之藥物使用，同時接受肌力訓練與營養衛教課程，以減少再次跌倒之風險。
